Found this great web page on the outage of WoW when patch 1.10 was deployed.

Connection Problems

Since patch 1.10 came out, I seem to be having connection problems. I'm not sure why and if it's caused by the new patch but while playing WoW I will get disconnected because I loose the whole internet! I use Teamspeak often and when WoW disconnects, teamspeak also disconnects. Very weird and annoying. I'm not even in the mood of doing instances since getting disconnected 3-4 times during the instance would be a problem!

Man I'm only missing 10,000xp to get to 60! I was just too tired last night to continue playing. So that means 60 tonight!

Patch 1.10 changes

I tried to log on yesterday night but the servers were still down. It seems like every time an patch comes out, we are down for a day or two. Anyways, I was talking to a friend and we were wondering what to do tonight. We might grind for elementals, do some quests or we thought of doing Scholomance. But behold this thread or this thread on changes done to the Scholomance since the patch. Not too sure I want to go anymore if no blue drops.

Well it looks like it will take another night of getting everything working with the new patch.

The Twilight Lexicon Quest

God damn I hate this quest! I got book 1 and book 3 in no time flat but book 2 is not dropping. I must've killed that mob a good 30 some times and still no drop. Thottbot says it was fixed in Patch 1.9.1... Ya right!

Molten Core Attuned!

Man it took a very long time to get a raid group up and running but we managed. The run went well but we had a very low level and he was agroing everything in there. The good thing is that we took a shortcut to get there. The bad thing is that we took a shortcut. In this shortcut, there are a couple of islands in lava we need to go on but they are full of elementals. Well it would go ok until the low level would show up and all hell would be brought on us!

In the end I got attuned and was very happy about it. Now I can go do Molten Core.

Bing! Almost 60! Now I hate when Alliance take the opportunity of killing you when you have 3 mobs on you. The worst is that he was battling a 60 elite and I left him to his quest. Bastard!

Almost 59

Almost 59. Managed to get a good 150,000xp today. I will have to check how to get attuned for MC.

What a night!

Our guild had a UBRS(Upper Blackrock Spire) run and it was just great. Everybody worked really well together and I got my hands on a couple of new items.

What was he thinking of...

So I was questing in Felwood, killing mobs when a wolf run up to me and start biting. I turn around and see an Elven Hunter there shooting me. I finish the mob quickly and turn on the Hunter. Like all of them that I have seen lately, they always turn tail and run, hoping that their pet will finish the mark. I dot him quickly and run after him. I manage to finish him off with a nice Drain Life. I soon discover that he was only a level 52... I bet he was hoping to kill me while I have a mob on me. Frankly, the mobs I was beating on were the same level as him, my Sucubus can kill one alone. I never saw him again. :)

Little grinding and Alliance fighting

Got on tonight to grind a little and encountered some Alliance in Silithus. At that point I was grouped with a 60 Shaman and we did quite well against them. I even killed a Hunter level 60 a couple of times all by myself. I don't think they suspect that a caster can survive so much beating.

But it ended prematurely because of lag. :(

Murloc RPG

First thing is why!? I do not understand the fascination for Murlocs. Anyways, somebody made an RPG on Murlocs in the World of Warcraft universe. I have to say the game is very well made, it resembles a lot like WoW but as a side scroller. Very nicely done.

New Blog

Hello everyone, this is my blog on World of Warcraft. I've been playing for 6 or so months now discovering the huge world of Warcraft. I hope to update this blog after playing WoW. It's mostly a journal of my experiences in the game.

My main character is called Kortana (hence the name of the blog). She is an Undead Warlock and is now level 58 as of yesterday.
My alt is named Kort and is a Troll Rogue, he is level 20.

Why am I starting a blog now when I'm almost 60? I have no idea. I've been wanting to make a blog for a while but it seems that it's only happening now. Once I'm 60, I might start my alt up again so it should be more interesting then since he is lower leveled. Then again, it's in the higher level that more things happen.
